INDUSTRY SEGMENT: Medical DevicesDESCRIPTION: A multinationa lmanufacturer of medical device/surgical products requires a medically trained professional with business experience for a clinical leadership role as Clinical Specialist for Canadian hospitals. You will in-service and educate to develop new business, sustain existing business and develop customer loyalty for company and key critical care products. Preferred residence location would be in the GTA. REQUIREMENTS: In addition to your clinical experience dealing with medical devices in the hospital environment, we require: Relevant Degree or Diploma: BScN or RN, Cardiovascular Technician/Technologist or Radiology Technician/Technologist would be preferred Clinical Training experience Proven leadership skills Proficiency with MS Applications Above average communication skills Willingness and freedom to work in the field as required A driver's license and satisfactory driving record Previous commercial experience as a Clinical Specialist or Clinical Trainer would be a definite asset We thank all applicants but only those individuals meeting the above requirements and submitting via web portals may be considered. INDUSTRY SEGMENT: Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Surgical Device DESCRIPTION: This industry leading pharmaceutical and medical company is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will provide Human Resource support to all Canadian Department Managers. This person will be responsible for employee learning and development, talent acquisition, assessment, and employee retention, and be responsible for the management of all HR activities in Canada.
