About the Role: You would be responsible for working directly with prospects to and provide them with demos, free trials and ultimately subscriptions to our service. Day to day, this means: Following up on inbound leadsProspecting and cold calling - 100+ calls/dayEmail follow upDemos and presentationsClosing salesHitting and exceeding goal About You: We're looking for enthusiastic self-starter. You are competitive (you hate losing!) and you are optimistic (you bounce back from rejection!) You're the right person for this role if... You differentiate yourself because you actually love cold calling. You live for the close and close hard. You have a strong work ethic, and a self-driven desire to succeed. You overcome resistance, and are not discouraged by rejection. You are self-motivated, and feel empowered in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have great listening skills. Each customer has different needs, and you must be able to quickly solve each one. 3-5 years of prior B2B Sales . Additional Requirements: Prior use and understanding of Salesforce.com or other CRMs Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a focus on quality of work Bonus if you have worked at a startup previously Job Type: Full-time Required experience: 3-5 years B2B sales Compensation Base Salary: $35k Target Earnings: $70,000+ (no cap) If you don't like making a living on commission - do NOT apply!
