CASCADES CONTAINERBOARD PACKAGINGThe Containerboard Packaging Group, a division of Cascades, is the largest containerboard producer in Canada, and is also a top converter of corrugated products in the country. The Group manufactures a wide range of products made from recycled fibres for its North American customers in the food, beverage and consumer products sectors, among many others. The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.Your challenge! The Kingsey Falls containerboard plant, which was Cascades' very first plant, has several assets such as access to local services, an advantageous cost structure and a committed team of approximately 55 employees. Its positioning in the current market favours opportunities for specialities. In addition to being the HR manager for the unit, the successful candidate will be assigned other responsibilities according to the needs of the group for approximately 40% of his or her time.Job Responsibilities As a generalist in human resources and in collaboration with the centres of expertise and shared services, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire HR function for the assigned unit.
