Job Type: Position Description Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the position provides timely and accurate administrative support and customer service to the organizations customer base. Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities Work in a fast paced call centre environment with Canada's hazardous waste management and industrial services leader. Establish and maintain a high level of customer service with clients. Client relationship building skills essential. Create accurate work orders in SAP that reflect customer requests. Match Terrapure's services with client needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, equipment and waste treatment facilities. Provide resolution to issues for optimal client satisfaction and ensure maximum goodwill between various Terrapure services' departments and clients. Dispatch and maintenance support working in Project Management style work. Commercial vehicle knowledge an asset Support maintenance documentation and set up of vehicle files Communicate frequently with all levels of customer service execution team - customer, sales, logistics, waste treatment facilities, to ensure service excellence. Be a part of an essential team- team player attitude and superior problem solving skills required Support in preparing sales documents. Assist with tracking of quote submissions, SAP contract entry and filing of quote and service agreements. Experience, Qualifications & Education Minimum completion of first year post-secondary education in Chemical. Technology/Engineering, Environmental, Sales/Marketing. Knowledge of Canadian, Ontario, and American environmental and transportation regulations, i.e.: T.D.G.A., Reg. 347/558, EPA and TCLP would be an asset. Knowledge/experience using SAP would be an asset. Ability to demonstrate strong multi-tasking skill set. Computer proficiency specifically Microsoft Office Suite of applications, Internet, database software. Computer proficiency specifically Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness and accuracy in all activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
