Providing strategic leadership of the technology business segment to achieve and exceed planned sales growth and profitability in a multi-channel, multi-category sales environment in alignment with G&T's strategic vision, values and culture. Creating the roadmap for growth of Technology service offering, identifying investments and tools required. Leading the inside technology sales teams to grow profitable product and services revenue and support field sales activities. Partnering with sales leaders to coach and develop diverse sales teams. Partnering with the sales operations function and sales leadership colleagues to ensure field sales teams are highly engaged through appropriate programs and receive support required. Fostering strong partnerships and build go-to-market strategies, with technology vendors and channel sales partners, to create solutions for customer needs and profitable growth objectives Collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure resources are aligned to drive implementation of technology products and services strategies Partnering with CompuCom to develop business strategies and reinforce an environment of collaborative customer championship; demonstrates exemplary customer facing selling skills and the ability to create sustainable solutions Facilitating and analyzing market data to more effectively understand the technology market, customer behaviours/expectations and the competitive landscape in order to build plans that will be executed by field sales and inside tech sales teams. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Commerce and Administration; an MBA or other advanced degree would be an asset Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in progressive sales roles with at least 3 to 5 years of sales leadership within a technology focused organization Proven track record of collaborating to develop sales skills within a large, geographically dispersed sales team in a complex business or industry Demonstrated ability to effectively grow sales and motivate your team during cultural and industry change Proven track record of effective leadership and talent development You possess a strong business acumen and you work on a strategic level while also managing the tactical details to ensure execution A strong relationship builder; you thrive on building productive relationships both internally and externally Excellent communicator with top notch presentation and facilitation skills Bilingualism in English/French is an asset Competent in MS Office, Salesforce. Knowledge of HFA, Clarity is an asset.
