Overview The Public Sales Representative role is a critical and important member of our Consumer to Dealer business. The PSR is responsible for maintaining relationships and developing C2D (Consumer to Dealer) service offerings to potential customers. This position requires the PSR to be at the office from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities Make a minimum of 30 outbound (calls/emails/instant messages) a day to public sellers through Kijiji, Facebook, Active campaign & Local fleet businesses Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives through Active campaign the same day they are received (excluding leads received after hours & weekends) Schedule follow up calls for "no appointments" and "no-shows" Log all customer contacts with detailed notes and provide daily spreadsheet Track all customers on "How did you hear about us?" Consign 25 vehicles weekly and maintain 60% conversion rate Manage full cycle sales process (Contact, Consign, IF's, Turns, Cheque's, returning vehicle if not sold) Ensure all no sale vehicles are returned/picked up by customer in a reasonable time and not left sitting in storage Provide customers and guests with a tour of the facility 100% accuracy with billing (fees, pickup, detail etc.) before cheque's are printed or customer coming to pick up vehicle Assist with other duties as assigned Educational/Experience Requirements 3-5 years of sales experience in a customer centric environment Valid driver's license Experience utilizing social media platforms Experience making outbound calls in a sales environment Must possess excellent customer service skills Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Experience working in the automotive industry would be considered an asset Extremely organized with high attention to detail A self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks ADESA Canada is committed to providing employment in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
