INDUSTRY SEGMENT: Health Care (Pharmaceutical Primary Care, OTC or Medical Devices) DESCRIPTION: Our client, an industry leading medical and pharmaceutical company, is currently searching for a National Sales Trainer based in the GTA. This person will develop and implement effective training programs that address the needs of the sales organization. REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONAL SALES TRAINER - Candidates must have: At least 1-2 years of experience developing and implementing effective sales training programs at the Head Office level; Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical Primary Care, OTC or Medical Devices sales experience; Retail Pharmacy Key Account Selling experience (preferred); Must be a strong project manager, highly collaborative and confident presenting and facilitating training programs; Bachelor level degree; and Certification in Training or Adult Education (preferred) If you have the commercial healthcare training, sales experience, and education as noted above then we encourage you to apply.
