Job Description

Field Support / CSR - Bilingual French (#)

Our client in the Cambridge location are seeking a permanent Field Service/CSR - Bilingual French candidate.

In this position you would be responsible for:
- Process a variety of activities associated with sales order management, MASterMind account preparation and transactional support.
- Perform due diligence on all transactions and sales orders
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Data inputting and reporting
- Corresponding with client's and colleagues

- Permanent opportunity

- Hourly rate of 17.00 hourly
- Monday - Friday (rotational shift between 8am-8pm)

- Experience with AS400 or MAStermind Software an asset
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Extensive Microsoft Office/computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent organization skills/attention to detail
- Excellent Bilingual verbal and written communication skills required (French/English)
