We are looking for an Entry Level Operations/Recruiting Support Administrator to really help take our organization to the next level. Here at DYMND Business Solutions we believe that first impressions are everything. We specialize in direct marketing for our clients and we are looking for a bright, ambitious and self-motivated individual to join the team immediately. We build and train sales teams to represent fortune 500 clients and need somebody who can be a part of the driving force of our growth and daily operations.

NO RECRUITING/OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING.THE DESIRED HIRE DATE IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 12, 2018.

Job Description

  • $14-$16/hour, dependent on experience, + monthly and quarterly incentives (monetary, travel opportunities etc.)
  • Monday to Friday business hours
  • Assisting with recruiting operations (emailing candidates, screening resumes for recruiter)
  • Organizing/managing recruiting and sales data (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Basic administration: filing, data entry, organizing
  • Sales administration: support the sales and management team
  • Data management and overall operations administration

  1. Office Manager (manage all office operations)

  • Must be available to stay late to compete tasks (if needed)
  • MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL SKILLS

  • Must be available to participate in extra-curricular team events (Thursday evenings)

  • Sales/Customer Service/Hospitality Experience
  • Post-secondary education
