Astoria Marketing is looking for Customer Service Advisors to expand our events team in 2018 and that are excited about working in a team environment and are available to start immediately! No customer service experience is required because we offer product training workshops, ongoing guidance, and support. We're simply looking for people that: Are over 18 years of age and eligible to work in Canada Have above average customer service skills Are willing to work hard to achieve desired results Have a positive attitude and are generally optimistic Would be willing to expand comfort zones as you grow Want to be in control of their earning potential Can see themselves learning to lead a team Are excited about travelling throughout Canada and other parts of the US Our primary clients are multinational companies who are market leaders in their industry. They believe in providing the best value to customers by offering competitive pricing and innovative products backed by good service. Over the past few years, they're grown rapidly and they want our Customer Service Advisors to help them grow even faster! We help them increase their market share and brand awareness through live events and in-store promotions (this is a field-based role, not a call center or telemarketing role). We provide new customers for them on a daily basis through face-to-face sales presentations. This allows us to explain their options clearly, answer questions and complete necessary contracts. Customer Service Advisor's Growth Opportunities: In the next 36 months, we'll be expanding into 40 additional markets, so growth opportunities will be available for people to lead and manage campaigns, sales assistants, and clients. We have a fast-paced, structured Business Development Programme in place for people that produce results and have an interest in growing in our industry!
