We are looking for our next charismatic, funny, super motivated, energetic, and tech/biz savvy Sales Development Representative to help grow our Partner Channel. A customer focused person with a social media presence, in depth general business knowledge and an interest in technology. Knowledge of the events industry or events experience is a bonus! A Sales Development Representative with a soothing voice and confidence, who can get excited about prospective partners and their events. A people-person dedicated to helping others and wants to grow their career lightening fast at a company that believes in rewarding our teams. Skills Sales, Business Development, Tech Savvy, Partner Channel, Oubound Sales Sectors What impact will you have? Call, probe, research, profile and qualify. About 70% of the calls are outbound, 30% are inbound. You will make at least 30 calls a day with extensive email follow up correspondence. A lot of the templates exist for you. But you need to know how to ask the probing questions to figure out the needs of the partner, and the specifics of their client's events. Build relationships, re-engage cold leads, identify business goals and provide on the spot quotes to prospective partners. Work side by side with our Partner Success Manager to identify and qualify potential partner prospects and help to create interest in our partner program. Support the partner channel and marketing teams on inbound and outbound campaigns, initiatives, events, webinars, debriefs and renewal efforts. This is an entry-level position, so we expect a learning curve. We can teach you about lead generation, scoring, and qualification. We can provide you with a solid understanding of marketing campaigns, sales and marketing software, and outbound call conversation flow. And you will learn tons more by talking to thousands of prospects who are marketing or event decision makers in some of world's largest companies. What will you bring to the team? You will be helping our potential customers learn how to use our app, many of whom are unfamiliar with mobile technology. Obsessively detail oriented.
