SICOM is looking for a highly motivated person with a proven skill-set in business development and(or) account management. In this role, you will be responsible for making proactive, outbound calls to current and prospective customers and following up on campaign-based leads. This role will pair directly with the field sales team to ensure that revenue and unit objectives are achieved across the assigned customer group. You will need to be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; a proven leader, and a creative out of the box thinker with strong production know-how. Roles & Responsibilities ● Manage sales pipeline to achieve target revenue and unit goals. ● Proactively call current and prospect customer with the goal of growing SICOM revenue or product penetration. ● Prospect and qualify opportunities with the target customer list. ● Identify decision-makers at prospect customers to begin the sales process. ● Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. ● Make outbound calls to prospect & current customers in support of specific marketing campaign activity. ● Proactively follow-up on all campaign related lead activity. ● Gather, build, and maintain key customer and contact data in Salesforce.com. ● Partner with Marketing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.com ● Assist in miscellaneous sales and marketing activities as required. ● Perform other duties / projects as requested Supervisors / Management Team Qualifications · 1-2 years of business-to-business sales or account management experience. - MUST BE BI-LINGUAL IN FRENCH/ENGLISH · AS/ BS / MS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Skills Excellent communication skills and speaking voice. Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. Well organized and ability to collect and structure information gathered. Self-motivated / self-driven. Ability to engage customers in thoughtful or business-oriented conversation establishing credibility. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Working Environment and Physical Conditions SICOM will provide the individual with the necessary tools to be a successful member of the Sales team, including lap top computer, phone, and access to pertinent SICOM databases. Travel · Ability to travel 20% of the time. · Travel to customer locations and industry events / trade shows as required.
