Job description As Digital Communications Manager, you are responsible for executing the external & internal communications activities for Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems Canada located in Mississauga, ON. Your mission will be to contribute to the growth of our customer reach, brand awareness and support our sales teams both with internal but mainly externally communication and digital marketing plan. Our communications strategy includes both online and offline communications channels. It is part of your mission to continuously grow the consistency, quality, efficiency and measure the attractiveness of the communication and marketing content, in order to generate leads. This role will have an additional focus for marketing service products. It will require your strong organization and savvy marketing skills to adapt global service solutions to our market including pricing, preparation of sales material, training of local sales teams, and preparation of quotation templates. You will also be responsible for promotional sales campaigns and support for customer meetings. Mission Internal Communications: Create communication and product launch campaigns together with Sales Product Managers Create marketing content, such as photos, videos, PowerPoint, roll ups, giveaways, web and social media content. Utilize external resources to insure we have compelling up to date material. Distribute and promote our communication content within our organization for local deployment Coordinate product launches towards internal audience by publishing content on all available internal platforms, like the internal newsletter, internal magazine or the intranet Responsible for reporting on internal communication activities performance and budgeting the communication-related activities with ongoing analysis of the costs and benefits Point of contact between Divisional communication team and customer center communication. You will be the local Brand specialist ensuring that all corporate brand guidelines are followed. External Communications: Prepare engaging content using Marketing Persona concept, customer journey and SEO on local website and owned channels. Capture trend and web-click data continuously and present KPI's to Management for further action. Ensure that local content is published via website and social media monthly. Assist HR team to prepare and distribute content to promote Atlas Copco for the purpose of recruiting new employees Drive inbound marketing activities with a strong focus on generating leads for the Sales teams that can be tracked. Responsible for building the yearly communication plan together with the Business Line Managers for executing it according to business priorities and a yearly budget. Ensure local and global implementation of the divisional communication campaigns with follow-up. Conceptual and operational monitoring of exhibitions, customer days, recruiting events and job fairs Service Products Focus: Responsible for branding and local marketing of all Service Products including Customer Training, Calibration Services, Maintenance Service Solutions, Optimization Services, Data Driven Services Liaison with Global Product Managers to localize and adapt global solutions to Canadian market. Develop, maintain and distribute price lists for Service Products. Prepare quotation templates and cost calculators for local pricing of proposals. Develop Service Add-on modules for use with new Product sales quotes. Track sales activity and prepare KPI reports to trend success of each product and marketing initiative. Support Sales team to drive business results with custom material and proposal content. Develop, launch and track success of sales campaigns for Service Products. Monitor competitor activity and track market share initiatives for Service Business. Experience requirements We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for for business-to-business enterprise and social media marketing experience working with value propositions towards customers. The successful applicant will have: Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems, and familiarity with marketing automation practices. Excellent project management skills and event planning Expert knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy Experience working in a collaborative B2B environment with Marketing, Product dept. and PR/Media Business level English as well as copywriting skills. Solid expertise with Adobe Suite, MS office, Website development/metrics and professional in PowerPoint and Presentation Media software. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is a strong public speaker. It is necessary that you have worked with both online and offline communications channels and it is a merit if you have experience from an international environment. The successful applicant will have the desire and ability to develop communication plans and take communication to the next level. It is considered a qualification if you have experience within various IT- packages, such as databases, website content management, CRM, and SEO. Further, we expect you to be eager to learn new technologies when needed. Educational requirements University degree, preferably digital marketing or digital communications related.
