Read about some of the things were doing here: As a Recruitment Specialist under the daily direction of the Associate Director-International Staffing, you will be a vital part of recruitment and onboarding tasks focused on excellent business interactions and compliance with hiring laws and best practices in recruitment and human resources. You will assist in the implementation and execution of the companys people strategy by managing interviews, supporting HR team, and other aspects of full lifecycle recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage in-house technical recruiting process, handling all aspects of the interview lifecycle (through resume review, candidate screening, phone and office interviews) and background checks for multiple roles at a time Post career opportunities on company website, job boards, and approved professional business and social networking websites Work efficiently to quickly identify talent, contact talent and start process to engage with talent Oversee and monitor applicant tracking system to maintain organized and accurate files Correspond with applicants regarding the status of their applications Partner with hiring manager and maintain relationships to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration Brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process Leverage your knowledge of AT&Ts culture and values to effectively recruit and hire outstanding candidates Opportunity to influence our hiring and recruiting processes to become more efficient. Other HR duties, as assigned Key Competencies and Skills: Have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems Understand technical requirements, skills and experience in an effort to pre-qualify possible talent to match client requirements Ability to manage multiple projects, be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Education and Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment Additional Information: Technology industry Knowledge would be considered an advantage!
