Job Description Responsibilities and Duties: Executing tests, collecting/analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in Facebook campaigns. Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics to enhance Facebook campaigns. Developing, managing and refining strategy to deliver successful growth. Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links. Keeping up to date with best practices and standards in online ad industry Qualifications & Skills: Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Facebook Audience Insights. Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required. Previous experience running campaigns in the six or seven figure budget an asset. Previous experience in direct response advertising. Minimum of 5 years experience. Company Location: Our head office is located on West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The satellite office where the Marketing Team will be located in Vantage Place, Delta, British Columbia. Position and Salary Details: This position is full-time and includes working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime will be an option, but will not be required. All Invictus employees start on a three-month trial period (90 days). Following the trial period will be an evaluation by management and if proven, employees will be given a long-term, full-time position. This position will start at the beginning of February. Salary of the position is based on prerequisites, training, and resume at Invictus we are looking for highly qualified, highly talented individuals. The goals and responsibilities of our team is to complete the following items: - Design and create web applications including websites, hosted articles, videos, and marketing material. - Continually creating up to date content related directly to the finance industry. - Developing and executing ad campaigns for platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube as well as Native Advertising Platforms. - Collect and analyze relevant data to deploy strategic marketing efforts based on results. - Collecting user information such as names, phone numbers and email addresses. - Distributing information and material to outside marketing networks creating relationships within the -industry.
