Job Description Key Requirements: PERSONALITY: You must be dynamic, well spoken. The Inside Sales rep is often the first to experience new prospects expressing interests in our video workflow solutions. EXPRESSION: After internal training on our products, you must be able to discuss solution approaches with prospects and leads in order to qualify opportunities. TECHNICAL: After internal training on the technology fundamentals, you must be able to hold a conversation or email exchange with confidence. Tasks and Responsibilities Assist company in executing and achieving territory and market business plans. Close deals! The ultimate goal is to get our value proposition across your Territory by hunting new clients, contacting the install base and diligently responding to inbound requests. The ability to cold call new prospects. Manage maintenance contracts and low value opportunities from open to close, develop accounts by studying install base and customer's buying history to suggest related and new products for upsell opportunities. Work with Outside Sales to research, identify and build rapport with potential accounts; providing information and explanations and preparing quotations. Interact extensively with customers, partners and Sales Teams via all forms of communication. Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information. Account Manager to run product demos that highlight our products' strengths and capabilities. Performs other duties as assigned. Professional and Personal Requirements Answer calls promptly, and professionally, listens attentively to the customers, understands and fulfill their needs. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and confidently speak about our value propositions. Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals. Experience in lead management and appointment setting. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and a challenging workload. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed. An incredible communicator! Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other languages is a plus! You must be able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of your projects using the tools that work for you (notebooks, phone, reminders etc.). Customer Service or Sales Support experience. Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess a collaborative attitude.
